Hi, I am a descendant of Charles Harroway/Harraway who lived and died in Virginia (1738 - ca. 1822). His parents are presumed to have been Alexander and Martha Harrower, but this has not been proven. Martha's maiden name is thought to be Merriman, but again unproven. Does anyone have Alexander and Martha Harrower in their tree, and more information than I do? Thanks.
