He was born to Charles and Minnie Harrower.And he was born about 1887 or 1888.In the early 1900's I know they lived in upstate NY-Breesport,NY.And he was married to a Bessie Rion. He signed a draft registration card for WW1,but then there's nothing on him at all. Any info would be great.
