John was born Delaware Co, NY and died bef 1870 at Farmington. Margaret remarried a Ranson Egleston and was widowed again. I have not learned much about those children, maybe only 3. i *think* John's father was Benjamin b 1763 Scotland, son of David born bef 1745. David emigrated to NY about 1780s as best I can find so far.
