What I've dug up is online, one of the free trees at ancestry.com. You could see everything I've got that way. http://www.dcnyhistory.org/1790.html Harpersfield, Ulster, NY 1790 38 Harrower, David 2 2 Hamden 39 Harrower, David Jr. 1 2 Hamden 1800 Delhi, Delaware, New York; Roll: 22; Page: 1326; Image: 381 David Harrower 1--11|2--11 sr. m,f both 26-45, 45+; 3 under 10 1800 Walton, Delaware, New York; Roll: 22; Page: 1300; Image: 368 David Harrower 2--1-|21-1-1 jr, 4 und 10, f 16-26 1810 Delhi, Delaware, New York; Roll: 26; Page: 423; Image: 220 David Harrower ---11|-2---|-- sr, son Ben/Dug? und 45, both wid; 2 gdtrs? 1810 Sidney, Delaware, New York; Roll: 26; Page: 464; Image: 241 David Harrower 2-11-|1121-|-- jr, wife, 6-7 children indexed: Donzel Harrover 1830 Hamden, Delaware, New York; Roll: 89; Page: 96 HARROWER Dougel -1--1--1-----|-111--1------ both und 60 2sons, 3dtrs. missing son? 20-30 b 1800-1810. Could be farm helper. http://www.dcnyhistory.org/hamden.html "The earliest known settler in Hamden was David Harrrower. He came from the east with his wife and two sons, David and Dugal, in the summer of 1779. Harrower eventually built a cabin and constructed a farm on a knoll near the Delaware River. In 1792, Harrower obtained the title to his land, which contained about 950 acres. The house on the property was known for many years as the "Harrower Mansion" and in 1890, was razed. David Harrower, Jr. grew up to become pastor of the first church in Walton and Dugal lived in town until his death in 1842. Harrower himself passed away shortly after the War of 1812." That describes why I don't know how Benjamin b 1763 Scotland is related. It's possible he was living 'just over the county line' in Chenango but doesn't show up until 1820 & 1830 censuses in Steuben Co. He sure had a housefull. --- Where did you ever find a reference to Dugal having married a Brown, and another Susan Brown Harrower b 1806? The one I have was born abt 1794. 1850 Colchester, Delaware, New York; Roll: M432_495; Page: 386; Image: 327 12 Nov LINDSLEY Ezra 48 farmer, all b NY Susan 56 Irena 20, Clorina 18, David 16, Edwin 14
