I had to get off the computer before I finished all the men.Here is Ben's information. Benjamin was born :8/15/1791.He died in 5/18/1861.He and his wife Dinah are buried in the Presho cem.,Steuben-Erwin....Presho is a tiny town.And Erwin is not far from there.Ben and Dinah Mercereau married January 1814. David P.-b.9/12/1824-d.11/13/1863-Great Valley,NY Henry G.-6/17/1830-d.1/12/1911-Presho cem. Susie A.b-5/22/1833-d.5/1856-New Haven,Conn ************************* As to who is living with them...it could be a inlaw or another relative.Ben's first 2 children were born in the Chenango co.area,and the rest appear to have been born in the Lindley area. As for Lucy Crandell,I've not seen her name at all in the sheets for wives or family members that I received. Also,Dugald wasn't at any of the cemeteries we visited.So,I am not sure if he remained in the Delaware county.As for Peter,I found it interesting,I am wondering if this is the same Peter that was in the Berne County area??Or did they mess up and its actually supposed to be David Porter who was born in 1805? Let me post the other info I have. I was able to speak to John Lilburn Harrower's grandson...I was STUNNED.
