Porter worked in a leather factory. And he passed away from typhoid fever in the early 1890's. His children were then sent to a Orphans home I believe. I am not positive,as in 1909 there's a newspaper clipping mentioning a H.Baldwin first and final account of these children and naming their father Porter Harrower. There's no mention of the mother-Nettie. Charles' children are John Harrower(from a previous marriage),and Edna and Porter Lee Harrower. These are the children's names listed in the newspaper clipping.Charles was hit by a train in 1907.His wife Minnie Dailey passed away in 1909.She was only 41 yrs old. They lived in PA and NY.Corning area.
