Hello! I'm new to the list as of today! I'm looking for two very separate HARRISON lines. 1. My great grandfather Nacy (Nasa?) Harrison JONES b 1817 in Indiana. Lived Parke Co., IN.in 1838. His mother was 'Mary' born VA abt 1782. She died in Will Co.(?) IL, 1 Sept. 1867. Mary was said to be a 'HARRISON from VA'. Her husband James JONES died 16 June 1848 and I don't know where he was born or where they lived. Due to the common names I haven't been able to positively identify them on any census. 'Nacy' may have moved to Parke Co as an adult, or he may have been born there. 2. Mary SMITH HARRISON. Born in QUE, Canada around 1845-50. Birth year from census info varies. She was in Fresno, CA on 1880, 1900, 1910, and 1920 census---always a widow. Who was Mr. HARRISON??? Mary had four brothers: Patrick SMITH, b.abt 1842 in QUE, settled in Verona, Grundy Co, IL.; Thomas settled in York, NEB. by 1918, possibly earlier. Michael b. 1850, died in 1905 in San Francisco, CA James died in QUE in 1918. . Three children: Alicia b. 1882 and Kate b. 1886 I need to know what Mary SMITH HARRISON's husband's name was.
