I am looking for the family of a Martha Ann Harrison who married John Mackenzie Ness in Toronto, Ontario on January 6, 1875 . Her parents were Robert & Lucretia Harrison, both born in Ireland (Robert about 1834 and Lucretia about 1836). In the 1871 census of Toronto - St. John's Ward, the following children are named: Martha Ann, Josephine, William and Frederick, all born between 1857 and 1870 (in Ontario). My husband is descended from Martha Ann. In 1871 in Toronto there were 2 Robert Harrisons - one was a lawyer or a judge but this is NOT our family. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
