THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ANN HARRISON of 309, Camberwell New Road in the County of Surrey Widow. I revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions and declare this to be my last will. Butterfield I direct that the same shall be retained by my Trustees and invested or permitted to remain invested by them in or upon any of the securities for the time being authorised by the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice with regard to Trust Funds under it control or on the security of freehold copyhold or leasehold hereditaments in England or Wales such leasholds having not less than 60 years to run at the time of investment with power for my Trustees to vary or transpose such investements for or into others of a like nature from time to time as occasion shall require And UPON TRUST to pay the income of the share of the said Emily Butterfield hereinafter calld the said Trust Monies from time to time when as the same shall become payable to her during her life for her sole separate inalienable use free from marital control and without power of anticipation so that her receipts alonce shall be sufficient discharges for the same. And from and after the decease of the said Emily Butterfield as to the Trust Monies and investements thereof Upon Trust to divide the same into 4 equal parts and do and shall stand possessed of and interested in one of such equal fourth parts UPON TRUST to pay the income thereof to Blanche Mary Minden Butterfield one of the daughters of the said Emily Butterfield from time to time during her life when and as the same shall become payable for her sole and separate use free from marital control without power of anticipation and so that her receipts shall alone be sufficient discharges for the same. And from and after the decease of the said Blanch Mary Minden Butterfield as to the capital and income of her said fourth part or share upon trust for all and every her children and child who shall be living at ther decease and who shall then have attained or shall thereafter live to attain the age of 21 years to be equally divided between them as tenants in common And as to one other equal fourth part or share of the said trust moneys and the investements thereof I direct that the same shall be held upon the same or the like trusts in all respects for or for the benefit of Laura Mary Butterfield another daughter of the said Emily Butterfield and her children as are hereinbefore declared for or for the benefit of the said B.M.M. As as to one other equal fourth part or share of the said trust monies and the investments thereof UPON the same Trusts for or for the benefit of Ellen Joanna Elizabeth Butterfield another daughter of the said Emily Butterfield and her children as are hereinbefore declared for or for the benefit of the said B.M.M. And as to the remaining fourth part or share of the said Trust moneys and the investments thereof UPON TRUST to pay the incomet thereof to Annie Gertrude Butterfield the wife of George Butterfield a son of the said Emily Butterfield from time to time during her life when and as the same shall become payable for here sole and separate use free from marital control and without power of anticipation and so that her receipts shall alone be sufficient discharges for the same And from and after the decease of the said A.G. Butterfield in case the said George Butterfield her husband shall survive her Upon Trust to pay the income of her share to him during the remainder of his life and from and after the decease of the survivor of the the sd A.G. Butterfield and G. Butterfield UPON TRUST for all and every their children and child who shall be living at the decease of the survivor of them the sd A.G. Butterfield and G. Butterfield shall die under the age of 21 years or attaining that age shall die without leaving any child or children who shall attain a vested interest under the trust aforesaid or in case of the death of the said A.G. Butterfield without leaving any child or children surviving then (but subject as to the share of the sd A.G. Butterfield to the life interest hereinbefore given to the sd G. Butterfield in case her shall survive her) I direct that the share of the one or more of them so dying shall be held upon the same trusts for or for the benefit of the survivors or survivor of them the sd B.M.M.
