I thought I would give it one more try. I'm searching for information about my ggg grandfather, John Harrison (wife unknown). He was born in VA, but died in Ohio while rescuing his son, John, Jr., from a falling tree. He had two other children - Sarah (m. William Leach and settled in Fairmount, IN) and Lewis, my gg grandfather. Lewis served in the Mexican War and was born 1808 or 1810 in Ohio. He died in 1860 in Indiana. He was married to Elizabeth Searl. They had three children. Luther, S., Rachel and my g grandfather, John S. D. Harrison. John was married to Elma Ann Templeton (whose second husband was Tom Dyson). Elma was a descendant of the Clanton Gang. Elma and John had one son, Laurence, my grandfather. Laurence was born on 5/9/1874 and died on 5/25/1962 - Laurence was married to Nola Butler.
