Does anyone on this list have a Harrison who lived in VA in the late 1700' or very early 1800's who was a shoemaker by trade? I have a Solomon Harrison b. VA ca 1806 or so moved to Greene Co, TN by 1829 and listed in the 1850 Greene Co Census as a shoemaker. I thought I might find his father by occupation possibly handed down to him (Solomon) as no other avenues have opened. Thanks for any help. Melody in NY
