Thomas Marion Harrison Thursday, November 4, 1999 AURORA, Utah-Thomas Marion Harrison, 65, of Aurora, our much loved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and best friend, returned to his Heavenly Father and his wife, Peggy, on November 3, 1999 in Richfield, Utah. He was born, April 30, 1934 in Montrose, Colorado to Thomas Frederick and Covina Maude McAnally Harrison. He married Peggy Lou Peterson, October 5, 1956 in Montrose, Colorado. She preceded him in death, October 7, 1999. Our dad will be greatly missed by his family, but we know he is celebrating with his beloved wife; parents; brothers and sisters, Thomas Frederick, Alex, Wanita, Stella, and Ruby. He is survived by seven children: Tom Dale (Paulette) Harrison of Salina, Harold (Leslie) Harrison of Aurora, Gary (Tammy) Harrison of Salina, Jody (Doyle) Mitchell of Flowell, Jeff (Jodie) Harrison of Salina, Shane (Canisha) Harrison of Salt Lake City, Angie Harrison of Aurora; 22 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Virgil, Jim, Alvey, and Harry and sister, Francis. From a young age, dad was always a hard worker, he began by herding sheep and went on to his true love of driving truck. He was a mentor for many young drivers, teaching them how to be the best, safest drivers on the road. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and loved riding horses in the mountains. He served in the military. Tom enjoyed doing things with his children and grandchildren, especially during the hunting and holiday seasons. He will be dearly missed by all of his family, and friends Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 1999 at 1 p.m. in the Aurora 2nd LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Magleby-Jensen Mortuary, 150 North State in Salina, Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the ward chapel in Aurora on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Aurora Cemetery.
