The name Valentine Crawford is very prevalent in my Crawford line and a Crawford mar. a Harrison, so it could have come from the same line. He was the son of Robert Harrison & Rebecca VanMeter Harrison of Cynthiana, Kentucky. I would really love to find out more on this man and his descendants. He was the nephew of my GGGG-grandfather James Harrison. Joseph's wife Margaret Pitzer was the sister of Christopher Pitzer, who married Joseph's first cousin Matilda C Harrison, a daughter of James Harrison & Mary Brice.
