Been looking for parents,brothers,sisters of my ggrandfather, HEZIKIAH HENRY CLAY HARRISON, born in Kentucky 1825. Married Annie Owens in Independence MO about 1843. She past on shortly after that. He was a teamster and wagon master for the wagon train that resupplied the US Army when it was fighting the war with Mexico in Chiuaua Mexico. He settled in the New Mexico territory in 1850's and was one of the first settlers of the territory. He lived in Lincoln County New Mexico where he fought the in the indian wars both as a civilian and as a 2nd Lt in the yankee army. He worked as a teamster, rancher & farmer as well. He married Nobora Romero a Mescalero Apache woman. He died an old soldier in Lincoln NM september 1st. 1898. Need to find a string in Kentucky! Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Sincerely, Jon D.
