Harrison Elizabeth Harrison Mariann Graves James Graves Peter Travelstead Elvira J. Travelstead Mitchell Clyne Henrietta Clyne Anderson Graves and Elizabeth Graves all of Allen County Ky. and Andrew Jackson Harrison and Elmirah Harrison of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee heirs of Thomas Harrison decd. of the first part and R. B. Walker of the county of Allen and State of Kentucky of the second part. Witnesseth that the Parties of the first part for and in consideration of One hundred and forty dollars in hand paid before this date have Bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain sell and Convey into the said R. B. Walker and his heirs a certain tract or prcel of land lying and being in the County of Allen and State of Kentucky on the Waters of the middle fork of Drake's Crek and Bounded as follows (towit) Beginning at a Black oak on B. J. Gaines line then N17 W89 1/2 poles to a Black oak then on same course 3 1/2 poles to a stake in H. S. Anthony's line 8 feet East of a white oak marked from aft thence with his line N69 E66 1/2 poles to a White oak thence S36 E84 poles to (next few lines not legible on copy)... A. B. Walker his heirs & assignees forever and the said parties of the first part doth covenant and agree to forever warrant and defend the title to the afore said land from the Claim or Claims of all every person or persons Whatsoever Claiming by through or under them and against the Claimers of persons lawfully Claiming the Same in Testimony of all which the said party of the first part have hereto set his hand and seal this day and date first on the preceeding page with Martha X Harrison Mary Ann X Harrison James X Graves W.
