Looking for the parents of Mary Harrison. Mary was born 1790 in Montgomery Co., NC and died 1857 in Montgomery Co., NC. Her father was Nehemiah Harrison, but that is all that I know. Mary Harrison married John Thompson. John was born about 1786 in Mt. Gilead, NC and died 1844 in Montgomery Co., NC. I do know they had one son, Harrison "Harris" Thompson b. 1824.
