Hi. I have been searching my line for some time, with little or no leads. I am awaiting the death record of my great great grandfather, Matthew Clarence Harrison, in hopes to obtain his parents names. I have: Matthew C. Harrison b. 1875 Guffy Station, PA d. 1953 PA buried in Khedive, PA m. Rebbecca Robbins They had Glaspar Melvin Harrison in 1909, Connelsville, Pennsylvania. I was told Matthews father was Glaspar Harrison from Liverpool England, and he came to the US, during the Civil War, which he joined. I have been unable to document this. I am starting to believe his father wasn't Glaspar..Also, Glaspar's wife was supposed to be a Margaret Laws. If any of this sounds familiar, please email me. Thank you. NMalk4@aol.com
