I would expect a big response to this query. I know a bit about this Jeremiah Harrison and wife Rebecca Ramsey, though much of it is theory. i will write as if my information is factual, yet much can be disputed. Jeremiah was from Iredell County, NC and there on the 1790 census living alone. Parentage not known but probably the family is known. Descendants of the "Settlers by the Long Grey Trail" Harrisons of Augusta Co. VA - immigrant Isaiah Harrison. Rebecca Ramsey was from Mecklenburg Co NC. Both with relatives named Harrison and RAmsey moved dto Oglethorpe Co. GA where they married. Much is known of theit many descendants. CWJ
