I am interested in sharing information concerning the family of William Preston Harrison and Margaret Morton of Hannibal MO. William Harrison was born in 1818 at Lynchburg VA, and was the son of Samuel J. Harrison and Sarah Burton. He married Margaret Morton in St. Louis MO in 1839. She was the daughter of George Morton and Margaret Morrison. Margaret died in 1852, and William died in 1894. They had the following children in Hannibal MO: George M. (1841-1904) m.
