The document is online at URL http://www.archives.gov/about_us/opportunities_for_comment/draft_appraisal_p olicy.html and they are inviting comments .. by April 18, 2003. One area that concerned me was they indicated that if the information could be found on other records, that may be a reason to destroy the information. This concerns me as we all know that not all records are completed and we need multiple sources to get the correct information. See what you think and comment.
