I have traced the Harrisons back to my great (x5) grandfather John Harrison (b. approx 1760) and my tree can be viewed here http://wc.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=pinkyogamuffin&id=I5 (starting at my grandfather William Harrison.) It seems the family originally came from Haddington in East Lothian but relocated to Clackmannanshire before eventually moving down to Edinburgh where I live.
