She was born Dec. 12, 1904, in Thawville, the daughter of Thomas Y. and Josie Brosnahan Shear. She married John Harrison; he died in 1990. Survivors: two daughters, Lynn King of Springfield and Nona (husband, John) Long of Chicago; three grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; and sister, Sarah Danforth. Cremation was accorded. Private family graveside services: Auburn Cemetery. Memorial services: Tuesday, June 7 at her daughter's home.
