Yorkshire is a big county ... the biggest in the UK I believe and is broken down into Ridings [West, East and North]. One of the most common names in Yorkshire is HARRISON (and METCALFE > we have one married to a HARRISON!). So where in Yorkshire are your HARRISONs / MOUNTAINs from? Our HARRISONs are in the Bedale area, whilst our METCALFEs are from Northallerton, but our two main ones married in Burniston, which is on the North Sea coast, just north of Scarborough. Cheers ...
