The first McNair I have recorded in North Carolina is John McNair, born in Scotland in 1735 and died in Richmond Co., NC 6-30-1819. The only recorded children I have for him and his wife Catherine Buie are:Sarah Ann McNair and Malcolm P. McNair. My line comes from Malcolm and his wife Jennett Little McNair.
