Have you seen the "post-em" note on the family tree listing for John Personett on the Cole and Gillman Family Tree? Sandra, the author, states she has a letter from John and Fannie to her sister, Susan and husband, James Van Houten. (I have just sent her an e-mail) First I heard of a sister. She was b. 1810, m. Orange in 1832. Think she may be the other 20-30 y.o. in 1830 census with John. I figure they must be related to a Harrison in Caldwell or Orange and have been working my way through the census, looking for families that are right age, etc. etc. So far have narrowed my list down to Jabez of Caldwell, and in Orange, Joel, Stephen, Abraham, Moses and Jacob. If anyone can eliminate any of the above, it might help. All were b. abt 1770-80 and had other children about right age, names unknown.
