Hello, I am trying to find out who the person is that entered my grandfathers name into the IGI on Family Search, and was hoping that it might be someone on this list. I have been trying to find info on him for years. This is the info that was put into the IGI. It has to be fairly recent for I have been checking this website and at the Mormon Genealogy library for years. Edward L. Harrison b:Albany, NY FA:George Harrison MO:Sarah McDonald Spouse:Katie Weissmann Married:July 14, 1891 Manhattan, NY AND Edward Stephen Harrison b:Greenhash(should be Greenbush)NY FA:George MO:Sara McDonald Spouse:Katherine Gertrude Dermody Married:July 06, 1901 Manhattan, NY FA:James MO:Hannah Believe it or not these are both my grandfather. Katie Weissmann was my grandmother, but he left her and my father Walter when my dad was about 3 years old, and 5/6 years later married Katherine Gertrude Dermody without divorcing my grandmother. I have both original marriage certificates. If anyone on the list entered this info or know who did, I sure would appreciate you contacting me at _Bellesmom2@aol.com_ (mailto:Bellesmom2@aol.com) . Thank you, Barbara Harrison Boardman Montgomery, AL
Good evening: Mary Malone (?) was the wife of John Harrison. She signed the deeds disposing of land sold by her husband, John Harrison, 16 and 17 May 1792 on Mud Lick Creek, Botetourt Co., Va.. She is named as his wife and co - executor of his will which was probated 3 May 1808, in Greenville, South Carolina; and that she died in Greenville, S. C., 23 March 1812. Any assistance with primary or secondary documentation of these lines and their extension greatly appreciated. Always happy to swap files. Walt
Good afternoon: John Harrison is first located for sure in Botetourt County Virginia in 1771 (D. B. l, p.388), and John Harrison, Sr. and John Harrison, Jr. are found on Botetourt County tax lists for 1771,1772, 1773, and 1775. John Sr. was probably born about 1710 and John Jr. about 1730 or so, locations not known. John S. died in Botetourt County while John Jr. died in SC. Some descendants moved on to Missouri. Any assistance with primary or secondary documentation of this line and it's extension greatly appreciated. Always happy to swap files. Walt
