I am searching for information on the following Harrison's my g-grandfather - Charles Harrison b.1834 in Askern, Yorkshire, England d.1891 and is buried in Masbourgh Cemetery. m. first Sarah Potts. Their children were Ernestine, Charles Ernest, Sarah Eliza, Bertha, Albert Gilliam and Walter George. 2nd m. Anne Brisco on March 3, 1871. She was born in 1850 and died in 1924 and is buried with Charles in Masbourgh.Their children were Ernest Brisco, Egbert, Ethelbert, Gilliam, Brisco, Eva, Willie and Edwy. Ernest, Eva and Edwy came to Canada from New Miller Dam or Rotherham area of England in about 1907. As far as I know the rest remained in England. My gg-grandfather Charles Ernest Harrison 1810-1894 m.1st Marey Unknown and their children were Ann, Elzia, Sarah, Georg, James and Wm. Henry. 2nd wife -Sarah Gilliam or it could be Burwell. Married Oct. 18, 1829 in Sherborn in Elmet. They had Hannah, Georg, Charles and Marey my ggg-grandfather Thomas Harrison born abt. 1785 in Wormersley, Nr. Doncaster, Yorkshire, England. he married May (Heaton) May 5, 1803 in Carlton in Craven she was born about 1786 in Misson, Lincolnshire, England. My grandfather Charles Ernest is the only child I have listed. Would appreciate any help anyone could give me. Thank you Betty Anne

There are other Harrisons and one Newman and a few Phillips in this cemetery also. The name of the cemetery is Pisgah Cemetery. There use to be a church on the site where the cemetery is but it burned years and years ago. You can get in touch with the Benton County Mississippi Gen, Soc. in Ashland Mississippi they should have more information on the church and cemetery. I wrote down and typed exactly what was on the tombstones. Some of the graves sites just have sandstones marking them and this cemetery is very well taken care of and preserved thanks to great and loving people in our community. I have also post the names on intermet.com if a! nyone would like to review them and see if any ancestors are listed. Benton County also has a webpage too
