Executor may sell and dispose of all my estate both real and personal...Item I give and bequeath loving sister Chlotilda Harris 100 pounds...Item bequeath loving sister Ann Bates 100 pounds...Item bequeath children of my deceased brother James D. Ladd, to wit Oliver and Anna Mariah Ladd 100 pounds to be paid when they reach lawful age or marry...Item bequeath Thomas S. Pleasants and Joseph S. Pleasants, children of deceased sister Mary Pleasants 50 pounds, paid when they reach lawful age or marry. Item bequeath loving brother Benjamin W. Ladd 100pounds... also one half of two lots in the town of (illeg) after his payment of $1000 to estate...Item bequeath loving sister Isabella Hunnicutt 100 pounds...
