ELIZABETH HARRIS, daughter of John HARRIS and Mary HAMILTON was born 19 Mar 1787 in Washington County, PA. She married William POOL 10 Nov 1809 by whom she had ten children. They lived in Washington County until 1812, when they removed to Richland County, Ohio and settled where the village of Ontario now stands.
