Died September 1745, Cumberland or Henrico County, Virginia. Mary was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson "of Henrico County". He was born 1650 in Virginia. Bet. 1678-1679, he married Mary Branch. He died Bef. December 07, 1697 in Virginia. His wife, Mary Branch, was the daughter of Christopher and Sarah (Allman)Branch Jr. Mary Branch Harris was also married to Joseph Mattox. Thomas and Mary (Branch) Jefferson had four children: Martha (b. 1670) who married Robert Wynne "of Surry County"; Judith Jefferson who married an unknown Winn; Thomas Jefferson Jr. (b. 1679 - February 15, 1730/31) who married Alice "Ailsey" Ward and Mary Field; and then Mary who married Thomas Harris. Thomas Harris was born 1669 in Charles City County, Virginia to Thomas Harris and Youette. He married Abt. 1689, in Henrico Co., Va, Mary Jefferson. Thomas died Bef.
