Oh, I know I can find the records if I know who to look for. What I had hoped for was someone to speak up who knew something on that line. My Harris family there are the children of Thomas Harris (d. 1816 Baldwin Co., GA) and his wife Sarah (Gardner) Harris who then married James Powell. Their son, Thomas Harris, went to Mississippi as well as their daughter Frances m. Wesley Anderson who are my ancestors. The Andersons then went back to Randolph Co., AL. but others of the family stayed in Miss or moved on to Texas. I just held out high hopes all those land records being posted would get some new information to surface. Larealia
