Thomas Harris. They did have land along the James River and it mentions the adjacent property of Tho. Liggon (possibly his brother-in-law Thomas Lygon married to Mary Harris). I can't say that I recognize any other names. The date stated could be appropriate also. Allison MacNaughton Knoxville, TN Response: For those interested in the Harrises linked to the Ligon family, you may want to borrow a film from Salt Lake City concerning the Ligon family. Search the catalog on www.familysearch.org Although many publications are listed which feature a Ligon family, go down midway through the list and find a publication which had Ligon family in its title. The book has been filmed and can be borrowed for a short time for a small fee through a nearby LDS family history center. E.W.Wallace
