I find that the Frederick Harris will and related deeds includes 13 pages of information. The page that Dottie sent is actually page 7 of what is available. I believe he lived in Louisa Co., Virginia as the will states, but he must have owned property in Kentucky, so the settlement of his estate took place there. Page 5 mentions 3422 acres on the Kentucky River & treasury warrant 9541. Page 6 last page of plat certificate for 3422 acres. Page 7 first page of will, mentions son Richard Page 8 second page of will, mentions son Charles & two youngest sons, George & Frederick Harris, and two daughters, Ann O. Holliday and Jemima Harris. Page 9 third page of will, mentions 4 youngest sons, Richard, Charles, George & Frederick. Also mentions son Richmond (an older son). Page 10 4th page of will, mentions all 5 sons--Richmond, Richard, Charles, George, Frederick, and all are named as executors. Will dated 11 Dec. 1799 in State of Kentucky. Page 11 affidavit in Shelby Co., KY mentions Ann O. Holladay & Jemima Harris, devisees of Frederick Harris, decd., were under coverture at the time of his death & remained so on the 1st day of September last, dated 26 Oct. 1815.
