James Reamy, of the County of Floyd, State of Kentucky, sells to George Hayton and Margaret Hayton, widow of John Hayton, deceased, for $300.00 - a tract of land in the County of Washington (State of Virginia) containing 90 acres, on the north side of the middle fork of the Holstein River adjoining land of John Byars - Nathaniel Harris land purchased of the the heirs of John Hayton, deceased, Jacob Wolf's line - Jacob Roman's land - etc. Witness: James Meek (J.P.)
