There is an Orange Co., Va marriage of a William Harris & Peggy Gibson 24 Jan 1820, wit: Reynolds Chapman; bondsman: Peter Gibson, guardian Peter Gibson-- which is one possibility but I've been unsuccessful in trying to find anything about this couple. Would like to know if there's anyone out there who might possibly have a Gibson/Harris marriage in their database that coincides with the 1820 time period.
