Court Records and Marriages, 1787-1810 by William Lindsay Hopkins Richmond, Virginia, 1987 U.S. Circuit Court (Va District, Box 112) Cochran, Donald & Co vs HARRIS & GUY's Exors, 1823 John HARRIS. Son John Harris. Daughter Ann Harris (underage). Mentions "my children viz Elizabeth Harris, John Harris, Ann Harris, Thomas Harris, Billy Harris, Sarah Harris and Augustine Harris... and "the child my wife goes with". Exors: Wife, Brothers William HARRIS and Robert HARRIS and friends Augustine Woolfolk and Thomas Trevelian. Wit: Thomas Trevelian, Wilson Trevelian and Thomas Trevelian, Jr. (George GUY and William GUY, administrators of George GUY, dec'd., state that William HARRIS is dead and Henry HARRIS of Richmond City is his administrator.)
