Hi Anita, Yes I have the 1850 census record of Robert Park Harris and his wife Wincey. He was 46, a Farmer born in N. C. She was 35 b. N. C. Children: William H. age 24 b. TN. (I believe this is the son from his first marriage to the daughter of James Goodrich.) Mary 8 b. MS, Robert, 6, MS, Cornelia age 4 MS. (the record was unclear and looked like Araminta) but I have a note that says Cornelia) Robert W. age 1 MS, and Josephus Powell age 26 Farmer b. TN. I don't know who Josephus Powell was. Also it puzzles me why they had 2 children named Robert. Robert Park Harris' first wife's name could have been Charlotte, Patsy, Alice or Dorothy Goodrich. These were named as under age when the will was made in 1818. Dickson County TN Will Book A 1804-1856 Quarter Session Dickson Co. Tn. Jan Term 1824 Concerning will of James Goodrich. Dorrel Y. Harris and Robert P. Harris subscribing witnesses thereto swore in open Court that said James Goodrich was sane and in a disposing mind when he executed his will and he signed in their presence. Recorded Oct. 20, 1825. Dorrel Young Harris and Robert P. Harris witnessed will of James Goodrich Aug. 29, 1818 That's all I can find on Robert Park Harris. I haven't checked the Arkansas records to see if he went there when the others did. He may have gone to Texas or could have stayed in MS. Thanks for your information. Sarah
