Sept. 27, 1782, Granville Co., N.C. m. Mary L. Champion d/o Charles Champion & Ann Carroll d. 1826, Blount Co., Alabama Children Claiborn Thompson Harris III. I suspect there were other children, but have not been able to research possible siblings to C T III. Mary L.
