    3. The Thompson Harris listed in the 1830 Monroe Co. MS census was the son of Newsom Harris. Reference - Warren Co. NC Will Book Vol.25 (1827-1830) pp. 531-532. This document is also in LDS Film #0454311. That Thompson Harris deeds land to his son William G. Harris in Monroe Co. Ref. Monroe Co. Deed book 2 p220. That record is also abstracted in "Monroe Co, Mississippi Deeds books 1,2,&3" by Betty Wood Thomas. The above Newsom Harris was one of the sons of Isham Harris, b 1741, who was the son of West Harris b 1715.
