again, sylvanus walker/ sarah blagrave or cargill, who moved to laurens co, sc and whose sons sylvanus walker, jr was an appraiser of my william harris, jr/ frances rodgers 1800 laurens co, sc estate sale and whose son memucan walker witnessed our patrick cunningham/ ann harris' 1796 laurens co, sc will, was the son of tandy walker/ judith langford, who both died ca 1750 in lunenburg co, va.   sylvanus walker, who was called sylvanus walker, jr there in lunenburg co, va because his uncle sylvanus walker had also moved to lunenburg co, va, chose memucan hunt as his guardian per the following info.   also as shown, there was some suit involving thomas dendy.    first of all, samuel harris and memucan hunt also had a grant there together in lunenburg co, va in this very same bluestone/ woodpecker creek area where both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and william harris/ judith hudson are shown and stated to have lived.   in fact, the grant says that it was not only on the corner of my goode family but that it also was on the corner of john wilborn.   again, both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and william harris/ judith hudson were involved with the will and estate of john wilborn from 1757-1762 there in lunenburg co, va.   first, here is the info showing that sylvanus walker, son of tandy walker/ judith langford, chose memucan hunt as his guardian and that there was some suit involving thomas dendy.     1754, Feb Court. Silvanus Walker orphan of Tandy Walker, dec'd, came into court and (being of lawful age for that purpose) made choice of Memucan Hunt to be his guardian who is accordingly appointed (he giving security) whereupon he together with Thomas Anderson his security, entered into & acknowledge their bond and that purpose. Memucan Hunt, guardian of Silvanus Walker, orphan of Tandy Walker, dec'd, exhibited and made oath to an account of the said orphan's estate which passed the court and the same is ordered to be recorded.
