    3. i did not finish and would like to continue to also talk about these connections that connect this other samuel harris, wife, ann, with the claibornes; gideon moon; lodowick farmer, etc, and what these connections entail and also indicate.   again, like col/ rev samuel harris/ lucy camp, i cannot identify this samuel harris or his father but connections, again, like rev samuel harris, would indicate that he may have been related to my william harris, sr/ frances goode; william harris/ judith hudson; edward harris, sr, who were also there in this same lunenburg co, va area.   again, the two deeds which pat cited re this samuel harris, wife, ann, were the only two deeds i had had for him in the lunenburg co, va deeds book but, given, his association with the claibornes, etc, he is shown to have been the same samuel harris, wife, ann, who was in 1764 in henry blagrave's district per these lunenburg co, va tithe lists, etc.   again, this was henry blagrave's daughter anna blagrave, who married jeremiah glenn.  jeremiah glenn witnessed the 1765 mecklenburg co, va deed wherein my william harris, sr/ frances goode sold land to james hall.   again,  jeremiah glenn/ anna blagrave also moved to laurens co, sc where the laurens co, sc deeds show that my charles harris was involved there with their son william glenn.   the following deed, which i posted re the claibornes, which also involve them with this samuel harris, etc, shows that  daniel claiborne sold land to thomas hamblin, jr.   these lunenburg co, va deeds show that thomas hamblin, jr was related to and probably a brother of peter hamlin/ hamblin and they connect both peter hamblin and thomas hamblin, jr with both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and my goode family.   Deed Book VII:363 7 Sep 1762. Daniel CLAIBORNE to Thomas HAMBLIN Jr. in consideration of a mare and a year old colts and 1, 400 acres patented to CLAIBORNE 10 Aug 1759 bounded by Daniel MITCHELL. Witness: Everard DOWSING, Thos ERSKINE, Wm LEATON. here, again, is the lunenburg co, va deed wherein peter hamlin/ hamblin and benjamin ragsdale witnessed the 1761 lunenburg co, va deed re my william harris, sr/ frances goode to john smith.   then, the following l757 lunenburg co, va deed connects both peter hamblin and thomas hamblin, jr with my mackerness goode, sr and his brother william goode and also with the elams.   again, per the info, the elams there in lunenburg co, va, were the sons of john elam/ martha goode, sister of my mackerness goode, sr and his brother, william goode, children of our samuel goode/ martha jones of henrico co, va.   again, i cannot confirm this re the elams, but these lunenburg co, va deeds definitely show that the elams were  significantly involved there with my goode family.   in fact, these lunenburg co, va deeds show that william harris/ judith hudson sold land to joel elam, which was witnessed also by william goode, brother of my  mackerness goode, sr.   lunenburg co, va deed book 5, page 122, 1758, william harriss of lunenburg to joel elam of same for 21 pds, 71 acres on the upperside of the middle bluestone creek, bounded by trees. signed:  william harris.  witnesses:  william goode, augustine rowland, hugh mc vey.  judith, wife of william harris, relinquised her right of dower.   again, peter hamblin and thomas hamblin, jr are shown to have been involved with both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and my goode family.   lunenburg co, va deed book 6, page 528, 1761, william harris of lunenburg to john smith of amelia co, va for 200 pds, 400 acres on both sides of the middle fork of the bluestone creek and bounded by new lines.  signed:  william harriss.  witnesses:  abram crowder, peter hamlin, his mark, benjamin ragsdale.  frances, wife of william harris, relinquished her right of dower.   also this deed which connects both peter hamblin/ hamlin and thomas hamblin with my mackerness goode, sr; his brother william goode; and the elams.   lunenburg co, va deed book 5, page 48, 1757, edward elam of lunenburg co, va to william elam of same for 20 pds, 200 acres in lunenburg on the west or upper side of bluestone creek, being part of a larger patent to william goode and bounded by mackerness goode's line and the said william goode's patent line.  signed:  edward elam, his mark.  witnesses:  w. goode; peter (P) hamblin, his mark; thomas (T) hamblin, jr, his mark.    to be continued:   belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8-------26910
