again, i may want to later come back and talk about these connections sylvanus walker, sr/ jr and memucan walker  had with my william harris, jr/ frances rodgers and patrick cunningham, etc, in laurens so, sc but, for now, i also want to cite these lunenburg co, va deeds re the walkers and talk about these connections as well.   again, some of this i have also talked about in the past and, again, per the info, sylvanus walker and tandy walker, who moved to lunenburg co, va, were the sons of sylvanus walker/ ann tandy of new kent co, va.   it was tandy walker/ judith langford's son sylvanus walker, who was called sylvanus walker, jr in lunenburg co, va and he was the same sylvanus walker, jr, who married either sarah blagrave or sarah hogan cargill and who also moved to laurens co, sc and who became sylvanus walker, sr there.   again, this was sylvanus walker, sr in laurens co, sc son sylvanus walker, jr, who was one of the appraisers of my william harris, jr/ frances rodgers 1800 laurens co, sc estate and also and it was sylvanus walker, sr's son memucan walker, who witnessed our patrick cunningham's/ ann harris 1796 laurens co, sc will.     here, to follow, are also the lunenburg co, va deeds re the walkers.    the important connections that i have already talked about in the past, re these lunenburg co, va deeds and connections, are these deeds that involve sylvanus walker, jr with james burton, sr; james burton, jr and charles allen.   again, per laurens co, sc deeds i have cited in the past, land that my charles harris/ jane cannon owned with james holley in laurens co, sc, and which bordered on lydall allen,  had belonged previously to sylvanus walker, who had  had a suit with  thomas burton.   thomas burton, who died ca 1802 in laurens co, sc and who married 1st nancy ann perrin, daughter of joseph perrin also of twitty's creek lunenburg/ charlotte co, va, was the son of james burton, sr/ judith of lunenburg co, va.   again, this was also james burton, sr's daughter agnes burton, who married james hudson, son of peter hudson, sr, who was also the father of judith hudson harris.    james burton, sr was named as a legatee of peter hudson, sr as shown also, again, per these lunenburg co, va deeds, which also show that james burton, jr and thomas burton were his sons.   lunenburg co, va deed book 5, page 327, oct 3, 1758, james burton of lunenburg co, va to james burton, jr for 20 pds,200 acres in lunenburg co, va on buffalo creek, being part of tract of 400 acres deeded to james burton from the executors of peter hudson, deceased, and bounded by james hudson, a new line, anthony griffin, perry.  signed:  james burton, his mark.  no witnesses.  recorded oct 3, 1758.   lunenburg co, va deed book 5, page 329, oct 3, 1758, james burton of lunenburg co, va to thomas burton, son of said james burton, for the love of his son, thomas burton, 200 acres on buffalo creek, being part of the tract of land deeded to james burton from the executors of peter hudson, deceased, being the tract whereon james burton now lives and bounded by james hudson, richard hudson, anthony griffin, james burton.  signed:  james burton, his mark.  no witnesses. recorded oct 3, 1758     here again is the laurens co, sc deed re my charles harris/ jane cannon and this land on raborns creek, which had belonged to sylvanus walker and which bordered on lydall allen.   laurens co, sc deed book J, page 64, 1808, john clark, sheriff, to james holley and charles harriss for $53, 150 acres former property of silvanus walker on raburn creek, bordered on jonathan downs, lydall allen, robert creswell, sold at writ of fi fa at suit of exix and exor of thomas burton, decd.  witnesses:  william irby, john mcharg.  john garlington, c.c.   to be continued:   belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8----------26910
