pat   in my still reviewing the info on this samuel harris, wife, ann and this james roberts, jr, also there in lunenburg co, va, i realized i had talked about and posted a good bit about this previously which i just did not remember.   hopefully, i am not totally losing it but that, again, it is that my focus is really on my own family these days or also i have posted a lot and it is hard to keep up with all i have posted.   so, i am going to sum this up based on what i have already posted in the past.   based on what i re- note in regard to these connections in regard to this samuel harris, wife, ann, it would seem to me that they are related harris family.     besides their involvement there with this james roberts, jr, which i will say more about, and the claibornes, they are also involved there with gideon moon and lodowick farmer.   gideon moon's family inter-married with the same jeremiah glenn/ anna blagrave family, etc, who were also involved there with my harris family not just in this lunenburg/ mecklenburg co, va area, but also into laurens co, sc.   same thing re lodowick farmer, he married into the same thweatt/ gilliam/ isbell families, again, not just involved there with my william harris, sr/ frances goode, but also with edward harris, sr's family and, again, these connections also continued on into laurens co, sc.   in regard to the roberts family, info indicates, per the info and these lunenburg co, va deeds, that james roberts, jr was related to this william roberts also of lunenburg/ halifax cos, va, who were the sons of this james roberts, sr of new kent co, va.   it was this william roberts daughter mary ann roberts, who married richard shackleford, and moved with him and other of her roberts family also to laurens co, sc.      again, as i have posted in the past, my mackerness goode, sr's sons, our samuel goode and mackerness goode, jr sold their land in laurens co, sc to richard shackleford.    my william harris, jr/ frances rodgers was enumerated adjacent richard shackleford per the 1790 census for laurens co, sc.    again, my william harris, sr/ frances goode, per this 1796 laurens co, sc deed re my william harris, sr/ frances goode and my william harris, jr/ frances rodgers, did not die until 1796, but my william harris, jr/ frances rodgers is the only william harris on this 1790 laurens co, sc census.   so, again, i do not know where my william harris, sr/ frances goode was in 1790 or where he died in 1796 but it was not in laurens co, sc.   again, based on the connections there in lunenburg co, va and on into laurens co, sc, the info indicates to me that this samuel harris, wife, ann, are/ were related harris family.   however, i have also been surprised in regard to these connections.  again, pat seaver, sandy hart, james hargraves, and bill harris, who are all part of harris dna group 30, and i share an uncanny interest in these same families not just there in this same lunenburg/ halifax cos, va area, but also much later in cleburne co, al.   so, until we can find harris descendants of these harris lines and families to hopefully participate in the harris dna project, like this samuel harris, wife, ann, we just do not know for sure.   again, i just keep thinking also---- why it is that pat seaver; james; bill, sandy, and i would have such a strong interest in our respective harris families and these same families in these same areas?   to me, there must be an answer to this?  it would seem, perhaps, that our families, although not related themselves, may have related connections.   again, there is the harris; jefferson; osborne; goode family also from henrico co, va into this same area of va and who also moved to laurens co, sc, etc.   i know i have asked this before---- but has someone from this harris/ jefferson/ goode, etc, line been definitely identified and tested?     belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8--------26910
