the 1834 ga state census for cobb co, ga can be found on line but it has been alphabetized.    my version, which has not, is from the Vol XII, No. 4 issue of the Northwest Ga Historical and Genealogical Society, Inc, Quarterly.   cobb co, ga, return of the census under the act of 1833 and received by the executive department march 22nd, 1834; 1, 576 whites.   Heads of households and Number of white persons:   i am not going to give the whole list but my arch harris and reddin blocker are in the 2nd column of the 1st page and i will start at the top of that column and continue through my arch harris/ elizabeth carter.   lewis r. powell---------9 thomas whitehead, sr--------2 thomas whitehead, jr---------5 william rice------------3 david brogdin---------1 dicey simpson-------6 daniel reid---------12 william barber-------12 william pearce------3 peter wallace-------7 stephen dale------5 joseph a. murdock--------6 william price-------9 john c. murriner------8 ephram haynes------5 haley shaw--------8 reddin blocker------8 archibald harris----5 ester harris-------4 elizabeth h. arnold------5 john bolton------5 robert mc dowell-------4 nathaniel crenshaw------8 willis cox---------3 richard barber-------2 etc   some of these on this list i have talked about previously.     this was this william price's wife, nancy, and john calvin price, who gave affidavits there in 1872 in carroll co, ga re my jane cannon harris' war of 1812 pension papers re my charles harris,  which she obtained in 1872 in paulding co, ga, stating that our charles harris/ jane cannon were married ca 1807 in pendleton co, sc.   this joseph murdock, enumerated adjacent to william price/ nancy, married celia ann cannon, younger sister of my jane cannon harris, children of our richard cannon/ elizabeth cole and grand-daughters of our simcock cannon/ jane rudd.   again, my jane cannon harris and my robert carter, jr, who was the father of my elizabeth carter harris, etc, were charter members of the concord baptist church in 1832 in cobb co, ga and others on this list, who were also members, were this stephen dale; mrs daniel reed and her daughter, franky reed, etc.   again, i will continue to have more to say about these connections but, again, these are really amazing and interesting connections, which i have cited here involving michael blocker with ellis palmer, brother-in-law of my simcock cannon and michael blockers' son, reddin blocker enumerated adjacent my arch harris/ elizabeth carter and whose mother rosannah griffin blocker is indicated/ shown to trace back to the same richard griffin/ mary green involved there in this halifax/ charlotte co, va area with the same anthony griffin not only named as a legatee of peter hudson, sr, but who also was on this 1750 halifax co, va  dodson survey for william harris, sr and william harris, jr for this wynn creek land, which became a patent to my william harris, sr/ frances goode in 1758.     to be continued:   belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8--------26910
