    2. again, this same william rawlins and/ or rawlins family, who, as just shown, paid the security re the estate of our related james hudson, sr/ agnes burton, son of my/ our peter hudson, sr, also, father of my judith hudson harris, was also involved there with richard palmer, again, as shown, per this info posted by ron bourassa.   Lunenburg Co VA Land Patents 1746-1916 TLC 34-315 399a 5/12/1759 Patent to: Richard Palmer Location: North Side of Roanoke R. Neighbors: RAWLINGS; John Clemmons again, this was the same richard palmer, who had also moved to lunenburg co, va from louisa co, va and, again, here is the info showing that he was the same richard palmer involved with our related david harris/ jane landy richardson there in louisa co, va.   again, these cubb creek louisa co, va deeds show that david harris/ jane landy richardson was a son of our william harris/ mary giles on cubb creek there in louisa co, va and my brother, david harris, is a harris dna group 8 match with harris descendants of david harris/ jane landy richardson.     Louisa Co. Court 25th Jun 1745, p. 158 - Richard Richardson agst David Harris    In Detinue This day came the parties by their attorneys and thereupon came also a jury to wit: Alexander Freeman, Thomas Poindexter, John Hill, Richard Palmer, Richard Yancey, Griffith Dickinson, Thomas Starke, James Tate, John Davis, William Brown, William Davis, and Christopher Sheperd who being elected tried and sworn the truth to speak upon the issue joined brought in a special verdict which is admitted to record and the matter of law in the said verdict if referred for arguing till the next court.   here again are also the lunenburg co, va deeds showing that the same richard palmer was also involved there in lunenburg co, va with both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and his father, my william harris/ judith hudson.    lunenburg co, va deed book 4, page 303, 1756, william harris of lunenburg co, va to david halliburton of same for 30 pds, 168 acres on the lower side of the little bluestone creek bounded by william harris' upper lines. signed william harris. witnesses:  richard palmer; william hunt;  thomas wilkins.  judith, wife of william harris, relinquished her right of dower. again, although this william hunt had also just witnessed this lunenburg co, va deed re my william harris/ judith hudson to david halliburton, this was my/ our william harris, sr/ frances goode who sold land to william hunt in this middle fork of the bluestone creek area, where, again, he is shown to have consistently sold and bought land  and is stated is where he lived.   lunenburg co, va deed book 4, page 315, 1755, william harris of lunenburg to william hunt of same for 33 pds, 236 acres on both sides of the middle fork of the bluestone creek, bounded by branch called swamp; miller. signed: william harris. witnesses: adam winders; richard palmer; robert wooding.   no dower renunciation, per the above deed re my william harris, sr/ frances goode to william hunt, but, again, these lunenburg co, va deeds and patents show that this was my william harris, sr/ frances goode, who consistently bought and sold land in this middle fork of the bluestone creek area.   here, again, for example, is this deed wherein my mackerness goode, sr, witnessed the deed wherein this john brunskill of amelia co, va sold, again, land on both sides of this middle fork bluestone creek to my william harris, sr/ frances goode, which, he, then, sold to gray briggs.   again, speaking also of gray briggs, this was gray briggs sister mary briggs who married a halcott pride in 1755 in sussex co, va and, again, this was a much younger halcott pride than the halcott pride, who had been the 1st husband of martha, who remarried our peter hudson, sr ca 1725 in henrico co, va.   lunenburg co, va deed book 4, page 1754, john brunskill, clerk, of amelia co, va to william harris of lunenburg co, va for 55 pds, 400 acres on both sides of the middle fork of the bluestone creek and bounded by new lines.  signed:  john brunskill.  witnesses:  william key; george berry, his mark; mackerness goode, his mark.    lunenburg co, va deed book 6, page 216, sept 3, 1760, william harris and wife, frances, to gray briggs, attorney, for 200 pds, 400 acres on middle fork of bluestone creek, patent to brunskill. wit:  clement reade, jr; p. carrington; clement reade. frances, wife of william harris, relinquished her right of dower.   to be continued:    belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8-------26910
