again, this william rawlins was one of those who, as just shown, who paid the security re the will and estate of our related james hudson, sr there in 1765 in charlotte co, va and, again, per the post by ron bourassa, this  was the same william rawlins also involved with henry may and richard palmer.   again, this was my william harris, sr/ frances goode,  who acquired a patent there in lunenburg co, va in 1752 for a 1000 acres and in 1755, he sold 900 of these acres to william reade.   this was also, again, my william harris, sr/ frances goode, who in 1746 there in lunenburg co, va had the agreement with william marable re his plantation, finneywood, and was his overseer for several years.   so, again, this would have also been my william harris, sr/ frances goode, who, along with william marable and henry may, witnessed this lunenburg co, va deed re william reade to john hight.     lunenburg co, va deed book 4, page 213, 1755, william harris of lunenburg co, va to william reade of same for 160 pds,  900 acres at the head branches of the bluestone creek,  bounded by a new line, william tibbs, william harriss' old line.   signed:  william harriss.  witnesses:  robert wooding; thomas  bedford; william jones.  frances, wife of william harris, relinquised her right of dower.   lunenburg co, va deed book 4, page 201, 1755, william reade of lunenburg co, va to john hight of same for 16 pds, 100 acres in lunenburg on the head branches of the bluestone creek, being part of a tract of land patented in the name of william harris on nov 13, 1752 and by him conveyed to me by a deed yesterday and bounded by new lines.  signed:  william reade.  witnesses:  william marable; henry may; william harris.   again, these connections re john hight and our harrises and also involving our related edward harris, sr also there in lunenburg/ charlotte co, va, and whose sons, stephen harris and edward harris, jr also moved to laurens co, sc, are also more involved but i will not repost all of that info for now.   again, it was also john hight/ mary reade's son reade hight who signed the marriage bond re david harris' marriage to rebecca gilbert in burke co, nc and this david harris was the son of minyard harris, son of our related edward harris, sr also of lunenburg/ charlotte co, va.   frankly, there is not much about any of these connections there in this southside lunenburg/ halifax/ mecklenburg cos, va area, etc, that is not more involved period.    to be continued:     belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8-------26910
