    2. again, here are those paid by the estate of james hudson, sr in 1765 there in charlotte co, va, as absracted by elise cobb rumley, showing these connections with these same individuals also there in lunenburg co, va with both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and his father, my william harris/ judith hudson.     Notes she (elise cobb rumley)  abstrated 1 2/3 pages names only. Enumertated amt. paid to each party: David HUDSON, Joseph WILLIAMS, Matthew  MORABLE, Shff for Quit Rents of Lands, James BURTON, Junr (bond),Christopher Lowing(Loving or Sowing:) Mat MORABLE, McMucan (Mernucan?)HUNT, Armstead WATLINGTON, William HUDSON, William FULCHER, Charles ALLEN, part of HALLS Judg----(incomplete word), Sam1. COBBS, (tickets), Isaac READ (att.fee), to Agness HUDSON for LIER OR (SICE? HUDSON & Polly HUDSON, Edward MOSELEY   again, it was my william harris, sr/ frances goode who, as a young man, just married in 1746 in lunenburg co, va, was the overseer for several years for william marable's plantation, finneywood, and matthew marable was the son of william marable.   again, there is the 1750 dodson survey for the land on wynn creek for my william harris/ judith hudson and my william harris, sr/ frances goode,  which became a patent for my william harris, sr/ frances goode in 1758, which he sold, per several halifax co, va deeds to john camp.   both matthew marable and this armstead watlington paid by the estate of james hudson, sr also witnessed these halifax co, va deeds re my william harris, sr/ frances goode to john camp.   HALIFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA   DEED BOOKS 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.   1759-1767.   Page 70. 7 August 1759. William Harris of Lunenburg County to John Camp of same, for (pounds) 50, 400 acres, part of a tract patented by said Harris 15 December 1758 of 820 acres, beginning at Sizemore's corner pine thence south...Buckner Stith's corner....a dividing line running south....all houses, orchards, trees, etc. Signed: Wm. Harris Witness: C. Read Jr., R. Wooding, Paul Carrington, Mat. Marable. Recorded: date not given.   Page 72. 20 August in the 33rd year of our reign. Commision to Matthew Marable, Richd Witton, Henry Deloney, John Speed, or any two, to take the relinquishment of dower of Frances Harris of Lunenburg County, wife of William Harris and certify same. Signed: Geo. Currie CHC.   4 December 1758 Frances Harris relinquished her right of dower in a certain tract of land conveyed by her husband William to John Camp. Signed: Mat. Marable, John Speed. William Harris of Lunenburg County to John Camp of same, for (pounds) 30, 400 acres, part of a tract granted by patent 15 December 1758 containing 820 acres, beginning at Sizemore's corner thence south....Buckner Stith's corner....all house, orchards, gardens, fences.... signed: William Harris. Witness: Mat. Marable, John Coleman, Edward Wade, Armd. Watlington. Recorded: 20 September 1764.   memucan hunt married mary wade, daughter of robert wade, sr and these connections re robert wade and memucan hunt and our harris family also there in this lunenburg co, va area are also quite involved.   again, per a lunenburg co, va deed, my william harris/ judith hudson in 1749 sold an island/ plantation to samuel harris, who is/ was the same samuel harris who had a patent there with memucan hunt near john wilborn and my goode family in this same woodpecker creek/ bluestone creek area where my william harris/ judith hudson also lived.   again, both my william harris, sr/ frances goode and my william harris/ judith hudson were involved with the will and estate of john wilborn from 1757-1762 there in lunenburg co, va.   here is a copy again of the lunenburg co, va patent samuel harris had with memucan hunt.   from wiggins': harris papers: lunenburg co, va: land patents and grants:   whereas memucan hunt and samuel harris patented 3,750 acres on the bluestone creek september 6, 1757 and as they, and alexander robertson and his wife, martha, in whom the rights became vested have not cultivated it nor paid quit rents, and as benjamin hatcher has petitioned the court for the land, it is now granted to benjamin hatcher; bounded by a line on mitchell's corner on woodpecker fork on evans line to goode's corner to cargill's road to worsham's line to miller's line and john wilborn's corner to the land of robert southern and back to the beginning of the woodpecker fork.   samuel harris was also the exeutor of the estate of adlar david and as executor he sold land in this same difficult creek area of lunenburg/ halifax co, va where our peter hudson, sr lived both to robert wade, sr and his son, hampton wade.     lunenburg co, va deed book 5, page 346, 1749, samuel harris, executor, estate adlar david, decd, of lunenburg co, va to robert wade 100 acres north of difficult creek and south of staunton river, on a line of a tree planted by adler david and william irby.  wit: hampton wade; richard ellis.   then, also the appraisers of adlar david's estate were:  william irby; our peter hudson ( jr or sr); etc:   lunenburg co, va court orders book 1, page 196, william irby; peter hudson; luke smith; edward parker appraise the estate and slaves of adlar david,1749.   edward parker was also the son-in-law of our peter hudson, sr and his wife sarah hudson parker was the sister of our judith hudson harris.   to be continued:   belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8------26910
