    2. now what i have said and i will continue to say and have tried to say and to show as clearly and in every way i know how, per these lunenburg co, va deeds and records:   that these were MY william harris, sr/ frances goode and his father, MY william harris/ judith hudson, who were in brunswick/ lunenburg co, va by 1743/ 1746 and that my william harris/ judith hudson and my william harris, sr/ frances goode were NOT this william harris, wife, mary, and his sons/ family who were in goochland co, va.   again, i have NO info that my william harris/ judith hudson or my william harris, sr/ frances goode were ever in goochland co, va.   i have NO info that this william harris/ mary of goochland co, va was ever in brunwick/ lunenburg and/ or mecklenburg cos, va.   also, whereas it was our william harris/ mary giles' son, edward harris, who sold 50 acres of land to this william harris of goochland co, va and which he sold to charles rice, it was my william harris/ judith hudson of brunswick/ lunenburg co, va who sold 62 acres in louisa co, va to stephen harris of st martin's parish in hanover co, va.   again, the info wherein my william harris/ judith hudson, who were in brunswick co, va, sold these 62 acres in louisa co, va to stephen harris of hanover co, va, and the deed wherein our edward harris, son of our william harris/ mary giles, sold these 50 acres to this william harris/ mary of goochland co, va, was recorded on the very same date in the louisa co, va court order book.   again, this was the same stephen harris also involved with our harris family on cubb creek in hanover/ louisa co, va and the deeds show that this same stephen harris was involved with our related david harris/ jane landy richardson; george harris; and carol' thomas harris.   this david harris/ jane landy richardson is also shown to have been a son of our william harris/ mary giles.    again, it is my william harris/ judith hudson, who is shown not only per these deeds/ records, but also our harris dna, to have been the son, william, also of our william harris/ mary giles and not this william harris of goochland co, va who, again, is definitely indicated to have been the father of this sherwood harris, who married hannah page.   it is my william harris/ judith hudson's son, sherwood harris, who is indicated to have married also in brunswick co, va elizabeth tillman and her sister mary/ polly tillman, who also married in brunswick co, va benjamin ingram.   again, except that our sherwood harris/ elizabeth tillman was named as a son of my/ our william harris/ judith hudson, per his 1778 mecklenburg co, va will, i have no other definite info on our sherwood harris/ elizabeth tillman and i do not know what happened to him?   here again are these louisa/ brunswick co, va deeds wherein my william harris/ judith hudson of brunswick co, va sold these 62 acres there in louisa co, va to stephen harris of hanover co, va and that edward harris, son of our william harris/ mary giles sold these 50 acres to this william harris/ mary of goochland co, va, which, again, was recorded on the very same date in the louisa co, va court order book.     Louisa County Court 12th day of September 1743, page 73 > An Indenture made between William Harris of Brunswick County of > the one part and Stephen Harris of Saint Martins Parish in the > County of Hanover of the other part concerning sixty two acres of > land lying in the parish of Fredericksville in this County with a > Memorandum of Livery of Seisin and Receipt thereon endorsed ws this > day in open Court proved to be the act and deed of the said William > Harris by the Oaths of James Waddy, Richard Donalson and John Adams > witnesses thereto and admitted to Record. > Louisa County Order Book, 1742-1743, page 41-42 > > Louisa County Court 12th day of September 1743, page 73 > An Indenture made between Edward Harris of the Parish of > Fredericksville in this County of the one part and William Harris of > the Parish and County aforesaid of the other part concerning fifty > acres of land lying in the Parish and County aforesaid with a > Memorandum of Livery of Seisin and Receipt endorsed was this day in > open Court acknowledged by the said Edward Harris as his act and > deed and by the Court admitted to Record. > Louisa County Order Book, 1742-1743, page 41  to be continued:     belva harris cauthen harris dna group 8-------26910
