    3. Below, I have cut & pasted all of the Harris road orders that I found online posted by the VA DoT. I'm going to post the Harris entries that I downloaded from one county at a time. I hope you find them helpful GOOCHLAND Co 19 September 1732 O.S., p. 111 Surveyor of the Road. John Harris is appointed Surveyor of the road from ffine Creek to Jonesís Creek./. 19 July 1737 O.S., p. 184 Surveyor of Road. William Haris is appointed Surveyor of the Mountain road from Number forty to forty-six. 20 Feb. 1738 O.S., p. 374 Surveyor of Road. Charles Allen is Appointed Surveyor of the Road in the room of Willm. Harris 17 Dec. 1739 O.S., p. 445 County Levy Court, 1739 (Lists of tobacco paid out) ….John Harris for one and 2 boards...30 20 Sept. 1743 O.S., p. 274 Surveyors of Roads.
