Hello Fellow Harris Researchers... I think I just broke through the BIG BRICK WALL we all hit at one time or another. I belive I have found my Harris line: In the 1850 Estill Co, KY census: Josiah Harris, 41, b. KY wife Sarah Tipton, 39 JOHN, 14, ) James, 12 William J., 10 THOMAS J., 8 Susan J., 6 Lewis F., 4 Mary E., 1, twin Sarah F., 1, twin My John Harris named one of his sons Thomas Jefferson Harris and that is the name of the Thomas J who is 8 in 1850. I was grasping at straws as we all do at times and it just fits. The names of the children in this family match up with names John and his son Thomas Jefferson gave to their children. Is there anyone out there researching this family? Sure would like to nail this down pat. Any help greatly appreciated. Lois in Auburn, CA
